Discover the art of French bakery and/or pastry at the renowned French National Baking and Pastry Institute

 

Join our 1 week or 2-week hands-on professional training in English to learn the techniques and skills of French bread baking and/or French pastry. Our highly qualified chefs, experts in their fields, are committed to sharing their know-how and passion for their craft in spacious and well-equipped facilities.
 
The two courses are open to all adults, from motivated amateurs to professionals.
